Founded the 168 Team, a top real estate brokerage firm in Malaysia, and simultaneously achieved The Best Sales Champion Award for 5 consecutive years. Currently, the team has elevated its success by establishing close partnerships with Malaysia's Leading Awards Brand Developers, including Pavilion, WCT and Malton.

Since its inception, the 168 Team has experienced tremendous growh. It has cultivated an excellent team culture that fosters exceptional individuals, making it a Top Leadership Team in the real estate industry. Within 2 years, they have achieved a record-breaking Gross Development Value (GDV) of PM 20 Billion, earning appreciation from renowed brand developers across various sectors.

Our History

2015	Establishment and Breakthrough Team 168 was formally established in 2015, focusing on new project sales. With around 20 members, mostly transitioning from second-hand property sales. Achieved breakthrough growth within 2 months, our reputation was gradually spreading.
2016	Outstanding Performance Team 168 was formally established in 2015, focusing on new project sales. With around 20 members, mostly transitioning from second-hand property sales. Achieved breakthrough growth within 2 months, our reputation was gradually spreading.

2017

GROWTH AND MILESTONE ACHIEVEMENT

Rapidly grew to 700+ sales partners.
Sales program in Bandar Sri Sendayan broke the 1 billion mark.
Achieved RM2 billion in sales within 2 years, and expanded sales portfolio from Seremban to Kuala Lumpur.
GKL Group exclusively licensed IRM2.5 billion worth of products to us.
Double champion sales team in Malaysia for the second consecutive year.

TREMENDOUS GROWTH AND DOMINANCE

Surpassed 1,200 members and achieved RM10 billion in annual sales.
Bandar Sri Sendayan sales accounted for nearly half of the total, with the other half in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
Defended the title as Double Crown Sales Team of Malaysia for the third consecutive year.

2019	CONTINUED EXCELLENCE AND EXPANSION Grew to close to 2,000 members. Awarded Malaysian Sales Champion of the Year for the fourth consecutive year. Developed over 60 outstanding leaders, making significant contributions to the team's success. Generated a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM20 billion in two years. Shareholder Leader 168 - KK Toh received 2017 Golden Phoenix Entrepreneur Award
2020	RESILIENCE AMID CHALLENGES Grew to close to 2,000 members. Awarded Malaysian Sales Champion of the Year for four consecutive years. Developed over 60 outstanding leaders. Generated a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM20 billion in 2 years.

2021	RETURN TO OFFLINE BUSINESS Gradually returned to offline business after a year online. Focused on the Kuala Lumpur real estate market and achieved a rush of sales. Helped sell more than 70% of condominium units in a new project on the opening day.
2022	EXCLUSIVE PARTNERSHIPS AND EXPANSION Entered an exclusive partnership with Malton Berhad and WCT Holdings Berhad. Achieved gross sales exceeding RM980 million for a new project. Moved into a new office at Pavilion Bukit Jalil outlets, spanning 15,000 sqft. Leader 168 - Simon Ng receives Malaysia Top Entrepreneur of the year Award

2023	EXCLUSIVE AGENCY WCT appointed R&U Resources as the exclusive sales agency. R&U Resources signs a memorandum of understanding with GFI Japan.
2024	CHARITY CUP R&U and the Brotherhood Golf of San Francisco are co-hosting a charity golf event, which is also the first of its kind in Southeast Asia. Apart from our focus on the real estate industry, R&U is also committed to lending a hand to those in need within the community. The proceeds from this fundraiser will be directed towards education funds and individuals requiring assistance.
